Combines a layer of low density Polyurethane foam (light red) over a more firm functional Blue base.  Suitable where additional cushioning required. Excellent for use in multi-directional sports such as tennis, baseball & basketball, reducing forefoot pivoting irritation.

• Ready to fit, lightweight and flexible Formthotics can be heat-molded to provide a customized fit for greater comfort. Made from 100% closed cell polyurethane, keeping a uniform density throughout the insole, regardless of the thickness.

• Milled and ground to only 2mm depth in forefoot to avoid bulking up in the shoe.

• Contains Ultrafresh™, an effective antibacterial and anti-fungal agent.  Will not absorb sweat or harbor bacteria.

• Can be custom molded for optimum fit with a blow dryer or special heating machine in just minutes. 

• Formthotics may be re-molded at any time to adjust to changing conditions. 

• Forefoot may be trimmed to fit shoe sizes that fall ' in-between' , or hard to fit shoes

RETURNS : Returns will only be accepted in exchange for another model or size Formthotics, and only accepted if returned in original manufacturer's packaging.  Buyer to incur the cost of return, and must provide a tracking number for verification of return when requesting replacement product.
